These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alpine Trail Co. website and services operated by T4R Print LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Idaho ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Alpine Trail Co. is a doing business as (DBA) name of T4R Print LLC.

T4R Print LLC, operating as Alpine Trail Co., manufactures and sells custom off-road accessories including but not limited to:

• Front and rear bumpers
• Rock sliders and side protection
• Roof racks and cargo systems
• Skid plates and underbody protection
• Interior accessories and MOLLE panels
• Third-party products (drop-shipped items)

4. Custom Orders and Lead Times

Most products are made to order with a standard lead time of 4-6 weeks. Lead times may vary based on:

• Product complexity and customization requirements
• Current order volume and production schedule
• Material availability
• Seasonal demand fluctuations

We will provide estimated lead times at the time of order and notify customers of any significant delays.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website.

Custom orders may require a deposit before production begins.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and methods will be calculated at checkout. We ship nationwide within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request.

Risk of loss and title pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or not as ordered. Please review our detailed Return Policy for specific terms and conditions.

8. Warranty

T4R Print LLC provides a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for products manufactured by us. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents.

Third-party products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T4R PRINT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T4R Print LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Teton County, Idaho.
