WARRANTY POLICY

1. Warranty Coverage

T4R Print LLC, operating as Alpine Trail Co., stands behind the quality of our products and provides the following warranty coverage:

2. Limited Lifetime Warranty

T4R Print LLC provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for all products manufactured by us, including:

• Front and rear bumpers
• Rock sliders and side protection
• Roof racks and cargo systems
• Skid plates and underbody protection
• Interior accessories and MOLLE panels
• Custom fabricated components

What is Covered:

• Defects in materials and workmanship
• Structural failures due to manufacturing defects
• Weld failures under normal use conditions
• Powder coating defects (within first 2 years)

3. What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from accidents, collisions, or impacts
• Damage from misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Modifications made by others
• Damage from corrosive environments (salt water, road salt, etc.)
• Cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality
• Damage from improper installation
• Products not installed according to our instructions
• Consequential or incidental damages

4. Third-Party Products

Products manufactured by third parties (such as Baja Designs lighting) are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. T4R Print LLC will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not responsible for third-party warranty coverage.

Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty documentation included with these products.

5. Warranty Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

2. Provide your order number and purchase date
3. Describe the issue and provide photos if possible
4. Allow us to inspect the product (if required)
5. We will determine if the issue is covered under warranty

Required Information:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.)
• Clear photos showing the defect or issue
• Description of how the product was used
• Installation details and any modifications

6. Warranty Remedies

If a product is determined to be defective under this warranty, T4R Print LLC will, at our discretion:

• Repair the defective product
• Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished equivalent
• Provide store credit for the purchase price

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product for warranty evaluation. We will cover return shipping for approved warranty replacements.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T4R PRINT LLC'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Loss of use of vehicle
• Labor costs for removal or installation
• Towing or transportation costs
• Lost profits or business interruption

8. Installation Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage:

• Products must be installed according to our provided instructions
• Use only the hardware provided or specified by T4R Print LLC
• Installation should be performed by qualified personnel
• Any modifications must be approved in writing by T4R Print LLC

9. Transferability

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the vehicle on which the product is installed, provided proof of original purchase is available.

10. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Teton County, Idaho.
